We just love fridays – it´s also the only day of the week that we are open for lunch – the best lunch!

3 -course menu April 19

Starter:

Asparagus and ramson soup with bacon croutons and poached egg

Main course:

Chimichurri baked plaice with parsnip crème, Vermouth sauce and radish

Veal Wallenbergare with lingonberries, browned butter, pickled cucumber, green peas and potato puree

Dessert:

Rhubarb and almond cake with vanilla whipped cream and roasted chocolate
