Main course:

Ashed pike-pearch with beetroots, spring onion, capers and smoked bacon. “Sandefjord” sauce

Fillet of veal with oxtail rilette, puy lentils, bearnaises sauce, truffle potato cake and haricotsverts

Mushroom crouquette with pickled apples, chili creme and black rice


Apple and almond pastry with whisky and vanilla sauce, raspberry compote
