We just love fridays – it´s also the only day of the week that we are open for lunch – the best lunch!

3 -course menu March 29

Starter:

Scallop with ashed leek, marinated white asparagus, matured cheese royal, brioche croutons, ramson crème

Main course:

Oven baked cod with cabbage ragout, pickled green tomato, shrimpsa and beurre blanc

Herb baked back of lamb with smoked bacon, tomato and basil potato cake, buttered spring vegetables and Madeira jus

Dessert:

Milk chocolate and salted peanut bavaroise with lemon cake crumbles and Rhubarb compote
