Starter:

Asian beef tartar with ginger, chili, cilantro, roasted sesame crème and deep fried rice paper

Main course:

West coast fish and seafood casserole with dill aioli and croutons

Red wine braissed chuck steak with endive, chili lingon berries and rosmary roasted potato

Aubergine piccata with cauliflower rice and spicy crème fraiche

Dessert:

Lime cheese cake with berry compote and roasted white chocolate
