Panseared tartar of scallop with gazpacho and basil crème
Varmrätter:
Dill and pesto baked back of cod with chanterelle risotto, Champagne sauce and browned butter spinache
Crusty duck breast with confit of duck leg, lemon and Cognac jus, mashed potato and roasted carrots
Chevrè roasted aubergine and chantarell risotto, tomato sauce
Dessert:
Chocolate cake with coffee butter crème and cherry compote
