Roasted scallop tartar with tomato consommé, ryebread crumble and deep fried Jerusalem artichoke

Main course:

Browned butterbaked fillet of turbot with Vermouth sauce, asparagus and new potato

Thyme and garlic panseared back of veal with estragon jus, ramson butter, roasted tomatoes and spring vegetables

Herb fried tempeh with mint yoghurt and vegetables


Lemon and vanilla bavaroise with rhubarb compote and meringue
